Day 23 and feeling some close-call cravings. I’m usually posting encouragement to others but here I am… Life’s rough. Yet such a wonderful opportunity :’) I have to carry on, I know I must!

Keep pushing through the cravings and post as much as you need … we’re all here for you . I promise you now my life is amazing! I’ve had ups and downs through my recovery but things do fall into place you just never give up . Have a blessed day x x
