Post your most inspiring photos of nature #2 (Part 1)

I went to an amazing AA meeting yesterday. We met at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, drove up to Brighton ski resort and hiked 1.5 miles to this lake.

We took our little getaway to Galena Illinois. It was so beautiful. We can’t wait to go back and take the girls :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

This is Thunder Bay Falls. It was gorgeous but all on private property which isn’t advertised online. So we did what any law abiding citizen would do. We snuck in for some pictures :rofl:

This was a place called Horseshoe Mound it had trails up and down these hills completely surrounded by flowers and when you got to the top of the hills you could see for miles. They had telescopes there so you could see. We could see Wisconsin one way and Iowa the other.

We stayed on a Alpaca farm🥰
In a cabin in the woods setting with no wifi, no cable, no phone service. It was amazing. They are certified by NASA as a Dark Sky location meaning you can see all the stars and see the milky way at night. :heart_eyes: It was the most romantic thing ever to just lay out on a blanket with our small fire going for some warmth watching the stars :heart:
Of course my camera isn’t the best at taking pictures of the stars but you can see them. :rofl:
Plus I got to wake up to free roaming alpacas right outside our cabin door. Anyone that knows me knows I love my llamas and alpacas :llama:

I have 100s of pictures but a lot I can’t post due to size:woman_facepalming:t5::rofl:

I didnt take this photo. It was a friend of mine from work who took it as she drove past the club. I love watching the sunsets at work. Always looks beautiful with all the greenery.
