Gorgeous pics Jason!
Looks like a regular housecat to me…a very healthy looking one at that. But if you were out in the boonies, that would be odd. Typically lynx and the bigger wild cats have longer legs and distinctly hairy ears…lynx are more pointed ears…at least that has been my limited experience…and they are BIG, much bigger than housecats. So, grain of salt and all. Cool pics of him or her. Of course idk the Wyoming cats…so you would know better!!
We used to see some gorgeous bobcats out back of our house in the woods in Vermont…their paw prints in the snow were impressive…those cats have big feet. Majestic creatures…just strolling thru our back yard every now and again…definitely holy shit time when we would see them!
Oops…Wyoming!!!
I researched lynx yesterday. There is one that fits the size description, but they look alot more wild that this cat does. They live in Wyoming too.
I have only seen one bobcat in my life. Way before I was into photography. It was really cool.
Yes, that cat looks like…a cat! Lol. It sure is a healthy looking animal…nice to see.
Jason, all these buggies are making me scratchy!!
Ok last post for now. Looks like our job isnt going to start today, so instead of stressing over it, Im going up the canyon with my camera! The leaves are changing, hopefully the moose are around!

No bugs @anon79808082
Whoah! Nice!
I was thinking it may be part coon cat, those guys are double the size of a “normal” cat. I have a 13 lb normal cat but my coon is around 25/26 lbs and MUCH bigger. The face made me think maybe it’s part coon @JasonFisher?
Could be, but it looked pretty small and not quite fluffy enough…summer coat? tho I guess northern cats should be winter coating by now.
I had a Maine coon for almost 20 years, she was a small one, but very smart and loyal. She always came home when I called. Ferocious mouser too, which was good.
So cool!! Love sea turtles
