Do you go skating on the lake? I had one near my childhood home and that’s all we did during the winter. Fun times and good memories.

I have when I was a kid (90’s). We went skiing there too, since there used to be a thick snow cover on the ice. I have not skated there in years but I have my skates up in Lapland. My dad has touring skates and he goes on the ice (and I worry myself sick :grimacing:).

As a kid, I skated in our front yard and on that road that leads to our house, too. Oh, the memories! :sob: :heartbeat: :heartbeat:

this is the bay side up the road from home. It was very over cast , warm and muggy out this morning at 7am.
