Got out the house for a walk as mind is so loud, not for the want of using but like it wants answers to the millions of feelings I’m experiencing tbh it’s extremly frustrating… None the less not sitting on my ass and getting lost it it so did a meditation walk and hit a online meeting and sat in the woods, gona grab brekkie then I’m going swimming only for half hr thou as I’ve been up since 4.30.hardest day so far mentally for sure… I wish you all a blessed sunday☯️

It really was. That mixed with my thinking got me emotional. I wish I could have gotten more pictures but I was focused on not dying

Yeah it would have got me emotional too. As a man and being a marine it’s tough to let things get you emotional but over time in my recovery I’ve learned that it’s ok to get emotional and when I first started listening to my Christian music a lot of the songs got me choked up cause I was able to relate to a lot of things being said. This is the first song I listened to over and over and every time even now I still get choked up.
