It’s in Kyoto, Japan close to Kyoto station. The colorful sunsets don’t happen often, but they are impressive when they do

Just looked it up; it says among other things lots of Buddhist temples. I bet its beautiful there.

There are something like 2000+ temples. Some are Buddhist, and some are Shinto. It’s definitely a great city, but it can be crowded! Outside of the city and tourist areas there are some beautiful places for sure.

Instead of being plopped down on a barstool, I spend a lot of time wandering the area we moved to last year .

It was very foggy here the other night, and was perfect picture taking weather.
