true… each to their own. I was one of those people who had to have beer in the fridge bc I told myself it was my choice not to drink it, then I drank it.

The booze is within reach in my cupboard or the shop 30 seconds away. For me, and I can only speak for me, its working. For others, maybe not.
My ego, the thing that tells you what you want to hear is what drives the thoughts. So I welcome it in and hear what he has to say. And I can say no. I’ve done all the booze pouring before. Endlessly. Just went and bought more! If you’re going to drink you’re going to drink.
You have what works for you and I have what works for me. If it doesn’t then I’ll let you know.
How long did the Beer stay in the fridge, out of interest.?
about 2 weeks but it was a long time ago and one of many past relapse so not too sure but this time round I’m not keeping it in the house. For me it just became temptation.
