Problem food!

Anyone else turn to food a bit more when they give up drink? Last few days I’ve really been eating more! I’m feeling a bit like a bloated seal haha

Totally me! I definitely binge eat. I recognized it when I quit drinking. Since then I don’t keep crappy food in my house. Drinking a d eating won’t fix my problems only I can. And recognizing the triggers that tempt me to do these things is crucial. Maybe you don’t have a weight problem and maybe eating is totally what you need right now but I was overweight at the time and identifying these things has drastically improved my body’s health. Gluteny products always made me bloat up and feel like poo and as the world is in this state I think everyone should be taking care of themselves. Stay healthy
