I feel the same way. I am having to feel, face and regulate my emotions (along when I get triggers)
Struggling. Still seeing a therapist. Managing most things ok, but I am on day one again. Been watching some SMART Recovery podcasts and began reading the naked mind. I keep trying. How are you???

Every day is a struggle. I’m a Paramedic and my job is making it harder every day. I’m staying focused on the sobriety which helps.
