Anyone else get quitters flu? After quitting cigs? I hate it and I just quit 3 days ago. I feel congested and the back of my throat hurts. I know one puff will be make me feel better. Any suggestions to soothe this symptoms?

My wife just quit smoking…think she’s on day 7
She’s having problems breathing and yeah basically going through what your going through but after a few days it will subside…just give it time!
