where are you in the world? I’m in the uk, lockdown is shit but not for much longer. You have to keep in the front of your mind why you are becoming sober. Your friends (real friends) will understand your wanting to get sober and will support you. If they don’t, they’re not friends. It does get easier but it takes some strong work. Have you read Allen Carr at all?
