The cravings don’t last, and every one you make it through makes your resolve stronger for the next time.
Sounds good and yummy! Take strength from how far you’ve already made it, and how much better it feels to be sober and present. If a craving hits, ride it out, come talk to us or talk to someone else, get out of the house for a walk, get on to an online meeting… Do anything and everything necessary to protect your sobriety. This is key in early days.
Approaching 1 week. Feeling amazing. I know its 1 week but i’m proud of myself. I put my healthy(ish) eating and family first, did a few things, and enjoyed my weekend drink free.
Back to work this morning and happy that i feel like i had a weekend not wasted.

I hope you feel a bit better. I’m here just two days ago… I don’t know what to say in this moment because I’m in a similar situation like you. I only know that we are here for a big propose with ourselves and we can walk together if you want.

I’m doing really well @Sadie79@erntedank had a good day working from home. Day flew by, had chilli for tea with the family and now in bed relaxing before work tomorrow.
@Sadie79 good luck, it can be hard at first but try to keep yourself on track and avoid the things that make you use.
@Von100 it was great, you are so right. It was i felt so good the monday morning with no hangover for work.
I have a few more items a want to list on ebay. Need a bit of work, lots of photos so that should keep me occupied for a bit. Also need to do some xmas shopping and promised myself i’d pick the running up again.
