Hey there! Welcome to the community! What do u consider to be long-term recovery?
I had 3 years clean and sober many years ago. Relapsed and was out in the problem for a looong time before i got back into recovery. Now I have over 4 years clean and sober

I had quit smoking for 3.5 years and picked it up again. Then quit for a 1.5 years and picked it up again.
And now I am working sobriety again.
What is it that you’d like to know?

I had 18 years before relapsing.
