I had the most vivid relapse dream last night I woke up and felt awful until I realised it was just a dream. Anyone else dream about using?

The first few weeks had dreams about drinking a lot. I still have those dreams

Totally normal. We all seem to have them. I know I did and still do from time to time. That initial confusion right when you wake up is pretty confusing. But like we say, it was just a dream

I had one too and it woke me up out of a dead sleep. Good thing its just a dream.

Was crazy was my first one and I’m 215 days sober! I remeber how upset I was in my dream that I relapsed lol
It’s a lil present, man! Something to keep you sensitive to sobriety.
