Day ones are so hard. So are day twos. Every day sober CAN be a challenge at times.

But day 1 is so daunting. Its so foreign even for me whos been there a million times. Day 2 always sounds so great, but so does a drink one day 1. For me, I have to remind myself that I can get to day 2 and beyond only by fetteribg through the first tough day.

My heart goes out to everyone on day one, and everyone reading still building up the courage to get to day one. Its worth it!
