I am so determined to stay away from the 1+ wine bottles daily. I am so ashamed of myself as this is the 19th reset for my sober journey.

I almost gave up today as it’s thd labor day holiday here and everyone is going to the beach to party and I am stuck at home as i dont feel I am ready to be out socializing with others drinking around me… its after 6pm now i am back to being safe. I have to be antisocial to avoid my circle.

Great choice. You know what, it’s the holiday weekend here too, the sun has come out (rare in the uk) and to boot it’s my birthday this weekend. I’m not going near a bar with my friends… I won’t enjoy it sober and sobriety is my focus today.
