Reset - 30 Days

Okay so here we go. Back on day 1 going to do 30days. Hoping to get past that to 90… but starting with 30.

Got lots of tea, seltzer water, healthy food and water water water! Picked up a new book “Quit Like a Woman” excited to dive in.

Glad I have people here to be accountable to.

Why don’t you try concentrating on day 1 you don’t need to be thinking of day 30 or 90 just a day at a time otherwise on shitty days the numbers can overwhelm us I’ve seen it time after time, I wish you all the best
