Well 3rd time wasnt the charm BUT i was clean the lonest ive been in 3 years. Its unfortunate what our minds will do to us. I felt embarrassed and ashamed until i remembered that rome was not built in a day. I will get through this, ive brushed my shoes and ready for tgis fight to continue.

Very true! Relapse happens, but it doesn’t have to. Using the Rome analogy…while it took years to build it, they didnt build for a few days then destroy it and start over.
