I’ve had Bugs since the early 80’s. One of the few toys that has survived from my childhood. He has a draw string on the back and says ‘what’s up doc?’ when you pull it.

I am so bad . I can’t throw out any old toys. I have Fisher price safari set. G.i. Joe’s and F16 fighter jet, trucks and jeeps. Star wars figures and the millennium falcon. Oh yeah I do. Lol. Army men. Cowboys and Indians too (No offense) I had some incredible toys my mom gave away at some point. Guns of the navarone set. Apollo capsule with the big GI Joe type of action figures. Etc. Crazy fun to pull them out every once in a while. Everyone should be able to remember the innocent years of our lives. Long before Covid killed life’s joy. Lol

“Toy” or “other item”? You decide

This is my financial calculator that I needed the first time I went to college. The battery died and I needed to change it, so I figured I’d share some of the process for all the kids out there who have never used a physical calculator.

The battery is at the top, held down by the part with the little dots in a circle. If I’d thought about it at the time, I’d have shown the actual battery out of the slot.

Close up of the inside without my shadow in the way.

For my next useful trick, I will show how to do surgery on a cassette tape.   I’m joking, but I’ve done my share.
