I’m sitting in my rock bottom. Unable to know what life will be like from now on. Withdrawal is so painful. I am so alone. I wish you could all come over and fill up this room.

I’m sorry your feeling so down… although I can’t come sit with you I can send you a semi precious stone to place as your cornerstone on your journey to “Recovery”. I’ve sent many out since I’ve found this forum.
It’s something tangible to represent all of us who really are here for you- you don’t have to walk alone. Maybe Aqua Marine is your rock to take with you from “rock bottom”- no charge, it’s just our gift of “presence” to you.

Triggered by so many things. Other peoples success. My inpatient program is disagreeing with 12 step tools today. Feeling really confused and frustrated about what will work.
You just gotta figure out what works for you first. Don’t let other people’s negative opinions stop you from trying something that won’t hurt you if you try it. Just do your best to stay sober those first few weeks. Then go try a meeting and see for yourself. If you don’t like it, try a different one. They are all different. Some people don’t like a.a and that’s fine too whatever works for you
