Hope you are all well and hanging in throughout these crazy times. I was lucky enough to escape to the Scottish Highlands for a few days last week with some family. Had some in-depth chats about sobriety. I used to go on these trips and hate them because I was hungover/unfit.
Whilst I’m really lucky to have such a supportive family, I’m also appreciative of you guys. I’m almost at 140 days without alcohol and more determined than ever to keep going.
Anyway, back to isolation.
