It can feel overwhelming at times living on this planet with all these people. I can tolerate a lot more out of humanity now that I’m no longer an angry drunk. Sending you love on this new attempt.

There is a lot, on the outside, that can be so overwhelming and painful. Ive found that i feel better if i narrow my vision, focus on healing myself and go from there. I hope you spend some time reading through the forums a bit and see how others are making a new life for themselves. There is hope and a new life out here.
