Adding this little fact to the long list of lessons learned thru sobriety. 6 months does not equal 180 days as ive believed since early childhood. 6 months = 182.5 days

This happened to me too when I was counting to 6 months. I was so disheartened. Celebrate yourself for Both !!! It’s amazing to get to 180 days (aka 6 months) …. and equally thrilling to see it turn on the official ST counter !!!

What a great ending to this day. I have had such a wonderful day! Spending time with my little one, making memories, and now I see that for the first time I’ve made it 150 days SH free! I’m just over the moon and I wanted to share my positive energy with y’all

5 months this time and you know what?? Even though it was Halloween and I’ve been going to bars to practice my exposure work, I’ve not been tempted - it’s just not something I do any more (fingers crossed - don’t wanna let my guard down just yet🤞) and that’s wild, because it used to be the only thing I’d do!!
