When I first Made this topic (screen shot your clean time) Feb 2022 I couldn’t stay sober for the life of me…3 relapses and 271 days later here I am almost to my 9 months no drugs. I thought it would never get easier but that is a lie that comes straight from the addicted mind……Love & Live ……and always stay focused to maintain progress !!!

It’s something to be proud of….I was never a person to count my days of being sober…but now I’ve understood the value in being proud of each day of accomplishments…hour by hour/day by day/month by month/year to year ….count um up add um up and be proud of yourself because your hard work matters especially making yourself a better you is worth more than a million dollars
