In the last month I’ve experienced a massive shift in perspective and knowledge. Now viewing my DOC - alcohol - as a poison. Understanding how society conditions us to view it as a normal part of our fabric when instead it’s simply ethanol consumption. Discovering the correlation between dopamine and cravings and appreciating and feeling grateful for how liberating it is to be free of this toxin. ODAAT.
