Share small tricks that have helped you quit your addiction

I put an alarm on my smartphone with the message “do it for them” always sounded at 9:00 pm that was when I started to drink … at that time I remembered my daughters and stopped drinking. :wink:

Years ago, I quit smoking and it helps me very much clean my house, curtains, armchairs, sheets… if you eliminate the smell of tobacco from your home, it will help you a lot, and you will not remember it.

If you want to stop smoking… clean your house and your car.
