Thanks for those on this board that are brave enough to have photos of themselves. It really helps me realize that “normal” and “succesful” looking people can have these problems too which makes me feel like less of a loser and makes my situation feel less fatalistic.
Normally Im good with words but this time I cant explain what exactly it is thats helping; but seeing john doe from cityville, USA or whatever makes me think that this is just a problem to overcome and not some overwhelming package deal where I’ll inevitably end up scruffy and smelly like some people I saw when working at my first job as a cashier.
On attempt 3 in one week. Aiming for that one year. Hoping it works out.
