Loving the new fitter healthier me.
First pic was in July 2021 before I got back in the gym, I hate how I look in the photo, like the Pilsbury Doughboy crossed with the Michelin Man.

Healthy diet, no more drinking alcohol, training regularly and a clear vision of who and where I want to be is all it took!
