Thank you
This transformation is absolutely incredible. You look like a different person and about 20x healthier! Amazing!
Care to share your fitness routine with us?
Bless you!
Continue the great work and enjoy sobriety! You look very well. Smiling is quite much better in sobriety.
Thank you!
I lost a total of160 lbs in a year. 60 lbs of that was water weight from congestive heart but the other 100 was sheer brutal bustin my caboose when I started to feel alive after getting sober. Lots and lots of cardio running, high intensity interval training. The biggest part was going on the KETO eating plan! I eat one meal a day now and am never hungry!
If a 70 yr old can fo this WE ALL CAN👊
Congratulations a lot!, one of the most incredible changes I have seen. Good for body and good for spirit!
Kind regards!
The first picture was way back in 2017 or 18, you can just see how sad and dull I am inside, it was in my deepest part of addiction. The second picture was after my 15 months of sobriety when I couldn’t fathom a couple months together. I kept relapsing and you can see the progression as it dragged my down the rabbit hole. And the third is today, healthy living life again, coming up on 9 months of recovery.
So proud of your 9 months! Feels good to share being at the same place. I’ve been sober for 9 months too
You’re looking so focused now! Congratulations on your sobriety
2016 during yet another period of attempting to be a controlled drinker - failing miserably.
Today, just a couple of months shy of 4 years sober.
Wow! You look so clear and peaceful and content. Congratulations on your soon to be 4 years. This is inspiring.
Amazing, amiga! This is such a powerful visual of the gifts of sobriety. You look content and confident. Thank you for sharing!
Looking good, lady!
Thank you @Laraellelarissa @RosaCanDo @Jesile it’s painful looking back at those photo’s but it’s a good reminder of how far I’ve come and of where I never want to go back to. Appreciate you all
Bec, you are just absolutely gorgeous from the inside out, and it shines through!
Such a kind thing to say Dan! Thank you my friend x
Absolutely beautiful! You’re glowing happiness.
The eyes never lie do they! I remember whenever I’d see my parents, my mum knew with one look without even needing to ask.
This was me a couple weeks ago before i relapsed. I love being sober and i really hope to get back to that soon. I have a lot of people who rely on me and as a leader of a small business i need to get back to that reliable state.

Others may need you, but for your own health and sanity, you need you too… do it for you . you are number one - being there for others is part of the domino effect that will follow
