Oh babe. I flippin hate not sleeping!!! Have you tried the nice warm shower, the lovely warm herbal tea or maybe a hot chocolate? If you have a diffuser or oil burner maybe get some lavender on the go? I also find if I take a couple of paracetamols ( might not work for everyone) that usually helps me drift back off. Iām sending you a hug and major sleep vibesā¦
