Congratulations…I’m on day 51…and in 5 months I’ve lost 90 pounds…the feeling is awesome…
Day 100. It’s amazing what a few months can do! Before photo I was drinking all day, eating unhealthy, midnight carb eating and sleeping all day. I was depressed and hated getting out of bed.
Today I’m sober, I eat healthily, I wake before the sun gets up and I can’t wait for the day. I’m back exercising and I’m present in life. I can’t believe how much alcohol impacted my life!
I’d love to see some other transformations!!
