Is anyone using this program? I bought the handbook tonight, there are many other resources on the site. I also plan on going to some meetings when I can.

No SMART meetings in my country, and I never was much of an in person meeting person anyway. My main support group is here. But I like the SMART program. A lot. Hope you will too! Wishing you all success Carrie.

I have gone to many SMART meetings. I like the program because its details matter. It’s unusual that there are convenient times here for in-person meetings, which I prefer with that program.
With everything that’s offered to work on issues, take what you can and what’s important and leave the rest.
I participate in all types of programs because each satisfies a different place of “need” for me.

I’m also interested to hear people’s thoughts on this. Never tried it but I am considering attending an online meeting tomorrow.
