Only 4 days sober and went to 2 events today where lots of people were drinking and I stuck to water. I am exhausted but feeling good and now having a cup of tea

I didn’t have much choice… I had to be there for the kids, but yes feels good to putting the kids to bed with a clear head.

I had a gig tonight with my band… was given beer tokens and gave them to my friend and she bought me a Diet Coca Cola!! This has never happened before. Going to bed feeling proud of myself. Well done to you @MeSober on your ginger ale. What will you have next time?
