Been sober nearly 5 months and struggling everyday why I started drinking the first place surfacing up. Used to drinking and numbing my pain away.

My time is consumed with education and having a better life for my boys. Hardly have time for myself coping with sobriety. Thank you @Oliverjava. I’ll take time for self care.
