Today’s motivational message really inspired me “The past cannot be changed. The future is yet in your power.” I’m just shy of 2 weeks being sober from alcohol and plan on keeping it that way no matter how tough it is. I feel much better physically and mentally. Finding this app has possibly been a lifeline to my sobriety. Appreciate all of your stories and look forward to many more.
