Cute, meh, although I do like the peachy color, but they’re functional as hell for my needy feet. I love them.
I also love watching the eagles. We have a great spot only 10-15 min away we visit at a lock and dam on the river.

Hi @beardson - I just started it and even though it’s no more than a night’s read it might take a while as I’m so busy - bah!
I picked it up (from the amazing Barter Books of Alnwick) because it’s set itself out to be a refutation of Orwell’s perceived leaning more to the right after Animal Farm and 1984, and apparently shows he travelled further to the left, which after Homage to Catalonia might prove quite interesting. I also picked this up. Looking forward to it as well! And PKD underneath, which I’ve read before, but NEED to read again. Might get derailed here if my feet aren’t in view!
Thank you very much for explaining that - it’s much appreciated. There’s a couple of things there that I will check out now.
Chillin’ after my workout and my new just-for-fun kicks were waiting for me on my doorstep! C’mon spring! Can’t wear these out until it isn’t snowy and muddy. I’ll break them in inside for now. My favorite…Saucony originals.
Loving the colours on them!
Strong legs!

Decks open. Just a sober Friday afternoon listening to Elvis Costello on the deck with some blankets and dogs. And a nice açaí green tea.
That’s a beautiful pic and backyard, Eric! Looks like you live off a golf course. So much fun and oh the blessed sun!
