Trying to take better care of myself again. Trying.
Went for a long walk around the neighborhood with my son today.
Is everything alright, Claudia?
It was my pre surgery appointment, thank you for asking. Next week I have my gall blatter removed
Nice tattoo!!
My MIL lived without her gall bladder for decades. She was on a restricted fat diet (with varying degrees of success) as a result. I trust it will go well for you and you will enjoy improved health after.
I’ve never been more jealous of a pair of legs

I need to do this!! It’s been ummmmm like 5 months I think since my last pedi. I was letting my toenails grow back out all healthy. The nail people do all that filing and it makes them look bad without polish and then the polish will turn nails yellow after so long because it stops the oxygen from getting to the nail.
I hope this one has your approval @TMAC
I’ve been meaning to say to you, I’m considering taking up cycling once I am cleared for full physical activity. It’s VERY dangerous to bike on the roads here (an old friend from back home who I didn’t know lived here until after the fact was struck and killed on his bike a few months back, and there are roadside memorials all over town for cyclists/pedestrians hit), but there are tons of proper paved bike paths and of course there’s countless mountain biking paths.
Despite the risks, it’s a massively popular activity here.
One of my old dreams was to do (road) cycling holidays in the USA, but since I’ve been driving around the country a couple of times I changed my mind as indeed I don’t want to risk my life cycling on the road. Gravel biking or MTB riding seems like a good alternative though. This is one adventure that caught my attention and imagination: Great Divide Mountain Bike Route - Wikipedia . One thing that deters me is that it includes doing a rim to rim through the Grand Canyon with your bike on your back/neck

. But who knows. One day. If I stay fit.
I regularly question that I run on the roads. The margin is wide (10-12’), I stay as far to the outside as possible, and go early in the AM - mostly to avoid heat, but also far fewer cars - especially since I run on Saturdays/Sundays. Most are still home sleeping. I wear a hi-viz vest and a flashing light on my head.
But all it takes is just one driver still a little too buzzed from the night before, or on their phone, etc.
Some new shorts. I didn’t really like the pattern when it was released. I got it because it was on sale. I’m still unsure if I like the pattern
I was actually thinking of you
You wrote that I get more pedis than you do
I try for once a month. But usually it’s every other.
Get it!! You’re worth it!!
