I’m jealous. I loved Tim Hortons when I lived in Maine. The nearest to me is around 2500 miles away. :pensive: :doughnut: :weary:

Sorry lol. It’s not that great to be honest. Hit and miss at drive through. Wish I could send you some!

Yeah there’s nothing wrong with it, but quality won’t blow anyone’s mind, and sometimes people getting excited about trying it makes me nervous because then they’ll think that’s my high standard and judge me lol. No it’s a convenience and cost thing, a warm fuzzy familiarity thing, and a culture thing.

What?? In my experience this is one thing they absolutely nailed. Most efficient drive through I’ve ever seen, at the franchises I’ve been to. I’ve been with a friend ordering a drink on more than one occasion and he only had to tap the brakes long enough to physically accept the beverage and tap his card, both of which were extended towards him before he even had time to reach. Even when there’s long lines in the morning, if you watch from the on inside there’s like no physically possible optimization left to perform, you’re slowed down more by car physics and people not having their payment ready at the window.

I mean, there are absolutely locations that don’t have it together, but my experiences have been great.

Ah sorry. The hit & miss and drive thru that I was referring to was in regards to consistency of the quality of the cup of coffee. I always get small with two cream. Sometimes it’s yummy, sometimes, it has been disappointing, bitter, watery etc. still a nice treat though. They’re usually super efficient. I do enjoy my President’s Choice coffee grounds though, and much more budget friendly :yum:

Ohh I see. I always order black, and that’s 100% identical and predictable everywhere. At-home coffee is definitely the way to go, though! Coffee press, burr grinder, and experimentation with beans have changed my life…
