Last morning in holiday home up way before dawn reading coffee three healthy dogs sleeping upstairs raining outside in the forest all around me body all sore from finally being back lifting weights thesis behind me grateful for true connections in my life and myself being well bloody at peace with myself for a second there sober leg selfie.
