started wearing barefoot shoes a few weeks ago and its changed my life i don’t think I’ll ever go back to regular footwear ever again

Hotel lobby with morning coffee sober leggies. There was once a time i couldnt fathom a sober vacation or a sober party but here we are and i wouldnt have it any other way. The benefits of sobriety far outway the drink

For years I was walking with a sore back and now my back isn’t sore the barefoot shoes have helped straighten my spine and hips
