It is literally pedis (foot) and cura (care). They ( or an individual who does it themselves at home ) also remove dead and dry skin from the feet. It can be therapeutic as well as aesthetic.

Rocking Jordan 1s today, these are called “Zen Masters” due to the zen like clouds on the heels, very fitting because a contractor pushed my buttons today but I found my zen place and let the anger go

Sick at home but don’t feel sorry for me, at least I have few hours alone while boys are at school. Just chilling and watching tv. Feeling bad but nothing major, could be worse.

Me n Oscar at the Tower 10 meeting Zuma Beach. There’s a lagoon between us and the tower now from all the action in the Pacific. The waves are crashing down and taking over a lot of beach.

Road rash leggie 
It’s from this morning. I tripped on a curb 
which threw me sideways for the landing. I literally had less than a quarter of a mile. Not my first fall and probably not my last
