Thanks for making this thread. Currently just sat down with my family to start watching.. Don’t think I’ve ever seen the Olympics so this will be another experience to add to list! Also I’m curious to see what types of sports there will be.

Winter Olympics are my absolute favorite sporting event. I will binge watch as much as I can. My son and I were getting pumped watching replays or curling today. He’s 6 so this will be his first real memory of it

That’s so awesome man about your son and being able to watch that with him! I’m definitely a fan of winter sports. I did a lot of snowboarding when i lived in Pennsylvania on street and parks.. i saw in an older post you said something about big air??! Is that big air skateboarding?

It really is cool to be watching this though. Like I’m really back in the world and a part of society. It’s amazing how many events or things I have experienced for the first time because there was like 2 decades of isolation and nothing on my mind but more escaping. It’s nice to be a part of the world

You All know I’m an Olympic nut! Summer is my fav but man watching the opening ceremonies make me want to be there in person!! Lol My family thinks I’m crazy as I take out my Paris Olympics USA garb and flag and wave it when in my living room

I found that I could stream it free on CBC Gem app on our TV. My son & I caught some of the opening ceremonies. He was so excited to watch all the different countries be introduced
