Sober on my own

Are you referring to your posts while under the influence? They were not deleted, they were moved to the seeking help section which is an opt in category.

Here’s the link to opt into the seeking help category:

We tried to explain to you numerous times that your posts were moved, not deleted. Nothing was deleted. Please don’t start this all over again.

Thanks for the links @Lisa07

Are you back for support? If so, great. Welcome back. Your post and your account are still here. Your post was just moved.

You will always find a lot of support here, if that’s what you’re after.

People do not get deleted for relapse posts. I know this because I have been consistently relapsing since October of 2016 when I first joined and I am still here, as are my posts.

There was a misunderstanding, from what I have read in the history.

I personally sent you a private message with links on that day as well but you chose to ignore it. Check your inbox.

His posts were moved to the “Seeking Help” category, which is an opt-in category (anyone can opt in; however until you do, you don’t see any threads in the category). “Seeking Help” is for posts (for example, posts under the influence) which may be triggering for people in recovery.

Sassy shared the link to one of his Seeking Help threads here:

Welcome back and congratulations on your 4 months!!

Your posts were moved to Seeking Help because you were posting while under the influence, which is against the rules of the forum.

You can follow the opt in link Lisa provided to see your posts. Also, please check your private messages, where there are also instructions on how to find your posts.

We do not delete posts about relapses or when people are under the influence, we MOVE them to a private area where the conversations can continue without triggering others. This is outlined in the rules of the forum.

Be well!

This was all explained to you months ago by the way and refused to listen. Instead you wanted to play victim. Just something to think about. I believe you also called this app BS so there’s that too.

Oh ok. I knew something was diff about this situation… I figured something was up lol

Thank you on the congrats for the sobriety. I’m not a victim. I made made my choice and will have to live with that. I will admit my faults.

Let’s please try to move on, for all our recovery. If you have nothing constructive to add, no need to add anything at all.

Glad to see you back and sober, @Lightyears6.

Really? l’ll just go an aa meeting like normal.

You have nothing to help from this post we have brothers and sisters in need

I guess that whole thing about admitting your faults isn’t really going through? I mean look at your behavior now. Part of recovery is being confronted with truths we may not like to hear without getting defensive.

Also, I was the one who flagged your post. I’m sure a moderator can point you in the direction of community guidelines. Again.

I’ve laid my cards down. I accepted my faults. This is not the place to do so.

Deleted again.

What are you talking about? This entire thread is still here. For the 3000th time, nothing has been deleted.

This is the most frustrating thing I’ve seen in my entire time on this forum

Yes. I flagged you for calling a member an asshole. Then I told you I flagged you. Again with this whole victim mentality.
