2-weeks post-op today. 4 days inpatient total. Probably my best ever hospital experience - the staff (especially the nurses) were fantastic. My Mom was here helping me out til she left late Tues.
Could probably still use help, although getting around and doing things is getting marginally less painful each day. Small improvements.
Although movement is encouraged for healing etc, I probably have been doing too much. My stubborness will be my biggest foe 
I’m not the type to lay around when there’s tasks to be done.

Oh man, I was born and raised in Livermore and spent countless days up at mount Diablo! So weird to see someone else around there!

I love being on the mountain when it’s above the cloud layer, or a bit of snow on top! Yesterday, we hiked the waterfall trail through middle earth on the Clayton side. Headed over to Mt Tam in a fee weeks.
