Day 269. Today was day 1 as an intern at my firm (I’ve already accepted a position but can’t be paid til I’m officially off of active duty in the Army so I’m an intern at 37 years old lol). If there is one thing that countless leader development courses in military service have taught me it is how to transition from leader to learner on a moments notice. Very excited for this new opportunity to grow.
