Back to day 1. Not feeling as bad as when I last binged. Maybe it’s because I decided to binge yesterday. Maybe it was a dumb idea but the last few weeks have been hard ED wise. Now I know more than ever that binge eating is not what I am and not what I want. Pretty sad to start over after being able to reach +200 days. Now is time to dig deeper into myself and do the hard work :muscle:

Super amazing advice!!! I totally agree. I am normally pretty conscious of what I’m eating, but quitting alcohol, drugs, whatever your addiction is wayyyy more important . I do know though that it’s also easier to quit if you are taking good care of your body, so I’m definitely going to treat myself to sweets or whatever helps but I’m going to make the best substitutions as possible. There’s so many food choices out there… You know like baked potato chips or casava chips, or sweet potato and beet chip (yes they are sooo good!) or candies made with stevia, or frozen grapes (I love that snack!)… Anyway the most important thing is getting over the drug or alcohol or whatever addiction first. And by the way, you look great and I love the colour of your shirt -it’s my favorite colour!

Well first I met someone after being single for 3 years and at first I didn’t really know where it was going. After that we had a lockdown here in Quebec so I wasn’t able to go to the gym and gym really helped me being more focused and feeling better. Then the holidays. Lately I met the children of the guy I met and it was really stressfull for me since I’ve never been a kid person… It went great, seen them about 3 times. And during all that time I was eating way more than before with the feeling of not being in control. I think it was all of those things that happened in the last months but also maybe the ‘starting over’ thinking after being always borderline bingeing. I know I can reach the 200+ days and even more, it will be hard but I’m ready to get rid of that for good.
