I had to check into a hotel for a few nights to ride the heat wave out. I get sick from the heat and can’t sleep.
I went for an ocean swim this morning. I was dry by the time I’d walked from the sand back to the street lol 
No A/C just ceiling fans in each room which don’t do alot really. Can’t see myself enduring another Summer at this property. Wise plan booking in somewhere nice and cool for a few days. Enjoy

So my neurologist suggested I try blue light filtering glasses cause of my job, he said it might help with my sleep, and headaches I look way off wearing glasses,
It’s weird cause I always wear sunglasses, except at work,
And I was FaceTiming my kids today first thing I heard was What’s up Nerd???

Well… I have actually been wondering. Seeing as we call our clean day our “birthday” shouldn’t we be able to subtract the number of years clean from our belly button age?
