Good luck today, Paige. Surely this isn’t an easy thing to face. But if you can take a deep breath and do it sober, may there be great things as you go through it with grace and come out the other side.

Ahhh man, this did feel good. I was not nice to myself at all, lots of name calling and really upset at my time, us to run 3 miles in about 32 minutes. But regardless I got on and did it and I do feel good.

Yeah absolutely, I had my exercise bike and hated it. I just like the feeling of running it feels good. Hopefully I can work myself up and get some decent shoes again. To afraid to run outside and probably always will. But definitely looking forward to some hikes this summer
