Drone rescue mission was successful. A pretty easy 2 mile hike. I had to cross the river a couple of times. Itās been a while since Iāve waded in a river. It felt good. The steelhead rivers are where my love for fishing started.
Day 870 is a great day!
Time to go get my submarine drone wet for the first time to celebrate.
I didnāt get the robot arm. Itās expensive. Fortunately, I was able to roll my sleeve up and stayed dry. I do have another drone by the dock to rescue. If I can find it with the submarine and grab it with a buoy stickā¦ 3 dronesā¦ I like the sound of that!
I wonder what will happen if I put this drone in a bag of rice. 
Glad I bought the care refresh. The replacement is cheap!

And good luck with the third. That care refresh is certainly worth it if you can recover them. Makes me reconsider flying mine out for several kilometres over land i canāt access if it ever went down. LoL. Makes it more exciting

It hurts really bad when you crash em. I was so disgusted with myself yesterday. I was almost in tears.
I havenāt used the air2s since I got the Mavic 3. Yesterday was the first time I brought it. It worked out good. Being able to scout the area with it was huge.
I couldnāt see it in the footage until I got home. Then I was able to see the best route for hiking. I almost wet waded last night. I decided to get my gear together and do it this morning.
Itās private property although technically its not trespassing if your below the high water line.
There were people in the area last night. Iāve heard they like to run people off the property.
I was able to get it without any confrontation this morning.

To my surprise the SD card still works. My morning photos and drone footage are good. The last clip with the crash is corrupted. I guess the sudden stop corrupted it. Iāll post em in the sunrise thread later.

Guess thatās the most likely scenario. I never posted much selfies here and even whĆ©n I did, I removed my pics after 24 hours. Iāve always kept completely anonymous over here. No name, no face.
Took me a long while to become self confident enough to step out of that anonimity.
Apparently I first needed to figure out who I am myself, without all expectations and comparisons to others.
