Haha! I run at 430 am. It’s in the 70s and still hot but no sun beating me down. I don’t do shit in the afternoon right now. I’ve even had to stop my evening workouts because it’s just so hot with no relief. I think we gotten rain a few days this year so far

Our average temperature has been 34-35 C lately, which is round 95 degrees Fahrenheit I think. I dont even go for a walk lately!

That’s about where we have been 95-98F. Next week we have some 102 days. I am not looking forward to it! My running will change in the winter to after work because of how cold it is without the sun. Sometimes it’s not even will power anymore (of course some days it is) but I genuinely look forward to my running time.

It’s a rainy day here, but I’m a fan of that anyways. The sounds of it falling, hitting leaves and such, the aesthetic, all of it.
Making the best of a day with a couple challenges; so far so good. Being back on my routine is very helpful for the as well though.
Next haircut I’m going at least 3 inches shorter then doing green myself at home bc cheaper.
